"Towels and blankets in the room were very limited. We booked an appointment with the onsite spa which was very delayed and kept us waiting for 45 minutes."

"Great service level, large room and really cute garden for outside eating in the morning and evening. In the evening with torches creating a nice vibe. Gym well equipped and nice roof top pool. Had a great time and would be happy to come back."

"Fantastic hotel with a great service crew"

"Hi, I am deeply impressed with your nice hotel - especially the common areas and indeed to abundant choice of fantastic restaurants. I do however find that the rooms require modernization and general updating. Also I found the rooms very damp, with bedlinen and towels feeling "wet"."

"Var der i 3 dage og ok hotel. "

"Nice place"

"Hotellet lå en ok sted og resturant havde dejlig mad, hotellet lidt slidt, men behjælplig service på hotellet, og prisen var nok ok i forhold til kvalitet, så ønsker man en sted at sove og ikke opholde sig for meget på hotellet er det et godt sted "

"Bath rooms are not cleaned and bed sheets are not washed "

"Clean process took a while"

"The surrounding location is very good"

"To my shock, when I walked into the Hotel, with my Expedia booking, the Hotel staff told me that they do not accept any Online bookings as they had stopped honoring any online bookings about 3 months back. I then had to call Expedia for a full Refund and then take this hotel via in-person booking, Luckily Room was still available and I was able to check-in after about an hour of delay. Please contact this hotel directly for any booking. Thanks!"

"The worst hotel u can ever find. 1) Upon check in was Informed at the reception that they can’t accept the booking and they are fully sold out. Time of our check in was around 8.30PM. 2) The person at the reception was drunk and clearly intoxicated. 3) the same person at the reception was extremely rude as he didn’t have an answer while the guest turned up after CONFIRMED Booking. 4) Money gone as there was no way of refund. 5) we had to book another hotel for the night stay "
