"This is a lovely little hotel with a very welcoming feel and great staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the food (breakfast and dinner) in the cosy restaurant was excellent. The decor is designed to celebrate the cultural heritage of Ecuador and the whole layout is very attractive. The availability of complimentary fresh fruit in the sitting room area was a nice touch. Nothing to fault here, highly recommended."

"We stayed four-nights in May 2025 at Casa Equatreasures. My family occupied three rooms. The hotel location is near good restaurants and cultural attractions, and also walkable to the San Francisco subway station. The neighborhood felt very safe to us (3 women, 2 men). The hotel has a central atrium that is a well lit socializing and reading space. Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable, and the attached bathrooms well appointed. Do not expect a luxury hotel. "Excellent service! They run out to get your luggage, explain the amenities at the hotel, and show you to your room and the room’s features. Very clean! Very reasonably priced which included a bouquet of flowers, lots of snacks, a bottle of water, and a bottle of wine in our room. Hotel restaurant is almost as good as some expensive restaurants in large USA cities, but reasonably priced. The food and drink choices were plentiful and delicious."

"A fine and warmly family operated old building tastefully updated to meet the needs of travelers visiting the area. And just an easy block and a half walk from the Plaza Grande; what more could you ask for? looking hard to find something to fault, the only thing I can think of is that the showerhead was a little difficult to reach in order to direct the flow of water.
