"Outstanding experience. We arrived in San Jose and wanted to catch our breath before our 3 hour drive the next day. Chayote Lodge was exceptional. Great view, very nice restaurant on property, comfortable beds and great sheets. Chayote, the canine greeter, is delightful. Lovely!"

"We stayed here during a family vacation and were blown away by this beautiful property that’s located in Bajos del Toro, a truly spectacular location in central Costa Rica. "The couple who owns the place was very nice, accommodating and friendly. You have to pay attention when you first arrive, as the area is not marked very well. the beds were very comfortable and the view from the balcony was perfect. "

Fed biograf!"

"Lastimosamente el restaurante y el spa se encontraban deshabilitado.pero todo lo demás excelente."

"We had a really pleasant stay We loved the area, and really felt like being in a lodge in Africa. Very charming The bar area was cozy, and pool and spa. We saw a crocodile, iguanas and hummingbirds, it was perfect We did not have so much time to enjoy the area because of our short stay (3 days), and much to experience with the volcano and everything, but it was still worth the stay. I would recommend a car, and a thing that is missing in many hotels in Costa Rica is a refrigerator and...
