Gate keys to 3/4 acre fenced property with rainforest park, ranchero, pool, and terrace. Key to apartment. Washer and dryer are available on request. (Access to all except for the separate owner's main house and the other rental apartment)

Other things to note
Note that we have dogs on the property as stated above They are part of our family and are friendly. Our poodle and terrier are just lazy and mostly stay in our house. Our two German Shepherds also have a job to do for our family and guests which is to guard. Our property is fenced and our GSDs watch the fence.
