This house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood - not suitable for parties or too much noise.
No smoking in any part of the house.
No pets allowed.
On departure you are to leave the house locked up, lights and appliances turned off. The house should be tidy with dishes done and rubbish put in the big bins – our housekeeping staff will take care of the rest.
