Il Terrazzo is a modern, warm and tastefully decorated one bedroom unit located on the lower level of the main house. Conveniently located close to the city centre, being only 5 minutes drive and 15 minutes walking to downtown Queenstown.

Il Terrazzo boasts one large bedroom, a separate warm & cosy living room complete with a two seater couch, TV with freeview & streaming service capabilities and small dining table to enjoy breakfast or takeaway meals. This is a great space to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring everything Queenstown has to offer!

The kitchenette is compact but equipped with a microwave, small fridge, electric jug, toaster and other useful kitchenware. A very functional space great for preparing a light breakfast before heading out for the day or a cheese platter to enjoy in the evening.

The bathroom is modern with heated towel rail, shower, vanity and separate toilet.

Il Terrazzo has an outside balcony that is on the upper level, attached to the main house. Guests can access & use this balcony to soak in the stunning views. During the summer months it is a great spot to relax and enjoy outside dining.

It would be convenient for guests to have a vehicle and during their stay. The garage is not available for guests use. However, guests can park their vehicle on the driveway in front of the garage. Off street parking is also available.

Guest will have access to the whole property. Guests can arrive at their own leisure any time after 3pm as the self-check-in details for the property are emailed to you 5 days prior your arrival. There`s no personal meet & greet for this property.
