Things to note:
➤ There is a van permanently parked in the carport, please just park your vehicle right behind it. It's a long driveway with room to park 3 more vehicles up to the front door.

➤ There's a small granny flat located at the back of the property which is currently empty. It's a completely separate upper level section that's very private separated by steps, fence and bushes. We are not sure if/when this place will be in use but should not pose any problems.

No shoes inside the house.
