"We were greeted enthusiastically by the owner, Pete, and felt immediately welcome. As we had never been to Brisbane before (having just flown in from Canada), Pete gave us all kinds of great ideas for enjoying the city. It was easy to hop on the bus to get to South Bank quickly and then hop a ferry to The Star for a nighttime view of the city.

"Whilst the location was ideal and the setup seems nice (good quality kitchen and furniture etc), the walls and ceilings seem to be made of paper. You can hear everything going on in the accommodation around you like you're in the room with them. Luckily, they actually supply earplugs in the arrival pack!! I was also woken up by cars wheelspinning outside in the middle of the night so maybe not a nice neighbourhood. The arrival instructions also confusing where it showed 2 different parking...
"We had a lot of luggage and when the receptionist saw this she offered to give us a bigger room, which was very nice of her. We didn't experience a single problem that couldn't be fixed by the very helpful staff. Except from the fact that we wanted to stay more nights but they were fully booked... too bad we had to change hotels cause we would have liked more nights here. Getting to the city is not too diffucult as the free ferry is not too far away."

"There is No parking. So add another $90 for 2 nights plus the inconvenience.
