"This was second time staying. Location is convenient, rooms were clean, staff friendly. There was some works being carried out that resulted in excessive jackhammer noise that almost prevented use of the room during the times the work was conducted due to noise. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay. Only other comment is to possibly expand the buffet selection for breakfast specifically with hot foods. would recommend and would stay again but might not take in the breakfast"

"Off season and demanding multiple signed documents to prevent parties day and night. Yet, when you where keept awak well beyond 2am of music, and waking up at 5am of people showting their lungs out from the balcony below, one can get a bit fed up. "Let’s just say that this QT hotel is by far not my favourite QT hotel.. slightly dated and dirty with visible stains on the carpets and curtains.. plus other shortcomings such as missing vanity sets and loafers which is a given at all other 5 star hotels. On the plus side the hotels buffet restaurant serves beautiful food. However all in all service really needs improvement. It’s not enough just to be young and “good looking”."

"My room was quiet with lots of modern conveniences. Lots of water, tea, and coffee. Breakfast restaurant is very nice with lots of options. The Sports Bar has huge screens and lots of sports from around the world being played. Staff in all areas were so friendly. I didn't even realize when I booked that hotel , that there was a casino in it. Room service was quick and very nicely presented. Pool area is also very nice. Overall a fantastic hotel and I will stay here again."

"Itwo nights as i was attending a wedding on the Gold coast. As it claimed to be 4 stars in my booking it was a far cry from it. I had booked a standard room, this is Facing a rather busy Road and even though i Got moved from my first room at the 5tj floor to the 19th floor there was a lot of noice from the Road. "We had some very nice in Surfers Paradise. Excellent suite with a nice partial ocean view, which was spacious, clean and well equipped. Location was great, where we could walk to everything. Parking costs extra, but you could take the elevator straight from the parking lot to the suite."

"A fantastic place for a winter break, Superb location right in the heart of the hospitality district. The light rail service was excellent and cheap. My only gripe was that the heat pump in the bedroom didn't give out hot air (and yes, I did have it set to heat!) and it got quite chilly in the evenings. Other than that, outstanding!"
