"Nicely decorated house in good location but poorly maintained, especially for the price.Fairly clean but house needed a deep clean - dust, cobwebs, leaves all over the outdoor spaces. Cupboards were full of a jumble of bedding, pantry ditto had no space for guests to use. We were there 11 days and needed cupboard space. Not enough toilet paper, no coffee pods. "The house was homely and comfortable with all the facilities needed. Good backyard and lovely little sunroom at the front. The host was helpful and friendly, and quickly responded to messages.Close to the beach and about 30 mins walk to the shops (which meant we got some good exercise going for a morning coffee). The walk was great along the beach path.The only issue for me was that one of the double beds was very firm so I struggled with sleeping but I acknowledge this is a personal preference."

"This is a lovely clean cosy property walking distance to the main street of Ocean Grove and Coles. Takes about 15 minutes easy walk. There is a great coffee shop and bakery a few steps away from the house which was a bonus. You do need to drive to the beach. The house is very bright and the beds are amazing. Has a big smart TV and a cosy sofa to snuggle up and watch your favourite shows. Great yard very secure for kids and pets. Janell was very accommodating and great communication. We had...
