"Lovely characterful country house set in the beautiful South Downs National Park, but within easy reach of many other places of interest. Car needed to take full advantage of the location. Owners and staff very welcoming and bedroom comfortable (superior double room). Good breakfast served and a choice of pubs for evening meal within easy reach (by car)"

"Vi havde en enkel overnatning i forbindelse med vores videre kørsel sydvest. Vi var meget forsinket fra lufthavn og ankom først efter køkkenet var lukket. Men vi havde ringet på vej i bilen og der var sat mad tilside til os. Meget imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale. Lille hyggeligt sted men flotte værelser i en gamle stald. "
