First floor: large, bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, table soccer, laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and separate WC.

Upstairs: three independent bedrooms (two with double beds 160 and 140 cm, one with two single beds 90 cm), a bathroom with shower and corner bath, and a separate toilet.
