"Our third time staying at this hotel, and once again, an excellent experience! The staff are amazing—friendly, courteous, and always helpful. The hotel is spotless, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We always enjoy our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent location, spacious room, lovely bathroom and the Bistro for breakfast was great."

"Hjælpsomt personale, men lidt praktiske udfordringer. Der var ikke parkering tilgængeligt på hotellet ved vores første nat, men vi fandt et nærliggende P-hus. Derudover virkede koden til lejligheden ikke, men vi fik hurtigt en back up kode. "

"This apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners were very responsive to our questions. The location was within walking distance of the grocery store and restaurants."

"We had our 3 days getaway at Quebec city and we got 3 days of rain. However, the reception staff of this hotel was so helpful and supportive, especially Lauraine, that she stepped out of the way to arrange an earlier check in so we can have a comfortable first impression of the stay. The room is very clean, and all equipment is functioning perfectly. The communication with the staff was smooth and responsive that you feel like you have a concierge desk at site. "Fabelagtig hotel og værelse som lå på et hjørne med altan og fin udsigt😊"

"Lovely little hotel, nice staff, great atmosphere.. felt like a private and personal arrangement/visit."

"Virkelig lækkert hotel i super stil. Det var virkelig velholdt og meget moderne. Kaffe og the på værelset. Vi manglede ikke noget. Ligger meget centralt kun 5 min. gåen til banegården. Vi havde flot udsigt ud over havnen."

"The hotel is in a great location and is very quaint. The staff are very friendly and it has a relaxed atmosphere. It feels like you are staying in a period home rather than a hotel, which is welcoming. You should be aware that the bathroom is very small, with only a hand sink. Also the bathroom door does not fully close and so privacy is very limited. There are no plugs or sockets by the bed. Also the breakfast can become repetitive if you are staying for more than a few days. Overall a...

"Everything was good except the tall closet had safe and could not hang long coat. "

"My first solo trip, and I couldn’t have picked a better destination or place to lay my head! 🧡 I wanted a true local experience rather than your typical Marriott or Hilton, and Hotel Boutique Ophelia did NOT disappoint! The staff was incredible! Although they aren’t on-site, they respond so quickly to every call and message. The daily check-ins were also such a thoughtful touch! The room was SOOO stinking cute, comfortable, and clean! It truly felt like my home away from home for the four...
