"We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated and felt warm and inviting the moment we walked in. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The only things missing were an iron and an ironing board.

"We had an amazing stay, although too short! The smell when you walk into the lobby, is so pleasurable, calming not an aggressive smell. You should sell your fragrance !!
Staff when we arrived from valet to the reception to the restaurant were very nice, smiling and pleasant people.
We loved our room, the view!! Loved the shower heads and the smell of your products. Only aspect to improve are the pillows, those we had were not comfortable and it took 3 for my husband to have the good dimension...

"This was an amazing apartment, lots of space and it had all the dishes / pots/ pans that a person could need. The only downside was the digital keys - - I lived in fear of my phone running out of batteries and not being able to get back into the apartment. "

Parking is a 8 min walk, uphill, which may be an issue for some people. Also, Rue St Jean is closed to cars for most of the day, so this is a little inconvenient for luggage unloading."
