Welcome to Landskap, a stylish tiny house that showcases the splendor of nature with abundant windows. Enjoy optimal comfort all year round thanks to heated floors, a heat pump system (heating/air conditioning) and the fireplace in the living room, which provides enveloping warmth even on the coldest winter days. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and a complete set of cookware to prepare delicious meals. Outdoor amenities, such as the spa, barbecue and wood fireplace, are available year-round, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors in any season.

Treat yourself to an intimate experience surrounded by nature while remaining close to all amenities. Within a 12-minute drive from the house you will find a high-end supermarket, a bakery offering fresh croissants and specialty breads, as well as a varied selection of local restaurants. A multitude of activities are available to you thanks to the recreational trails of the Sentiers du Moulin, which also offer an equipment rental service, as well as the proximity of Quebec City and the airport (only 30 minutes away). Travelers have access to the entire property.

The house is located in the mountains (altitude 550 meters), accessible by a private road of 3 kilometers. To get there you must have a car or book a shuttle service directly with us. From April 15 to November 1, any type of car is suitable to access the property.

WINTER STAYS: During the winter season, from November 1st to April 15th, an all-wheel drive car (AWD, 4x4) is required to access the property. During the winter season, it is also possible to arrange a shuttle service with us. This service must be planned in advance.

TAXI and UBER: Due to the remote location of the house, it is not advisable to rely on taxi or Uber services for transportation. These services are rare in the area, so it may be difficult or impossible to find transportation and you may have difficulty leaving the house. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding transportation.

SHUTTLE SERVICE: We are excited to offer a convenient shuttle service to our guests! To use this service, please make your way to 99 Chemin du Moulin, Lac-Beauport, Quebec, where we have reserved complimentary overnight parking spots for you to safely leave your vehicle for the duration of your stay. This location is also our pick-up location. To ensure a smooth experience, simply let us know your expected arrival time, and we will add you to the shuttle schedule. The shuttle service is available at a rate of $50 CAD each way, or $100 CAD for a round trip to the house and back. We look forward to assisting you with your transportation needs!
