The house has 3 floors and 5 bedrooms!

The most spectacular floor is undoubtedly the 1st floor with its open area which includes a large, perfectly equipped and up-to-date kitchen. It has an island around which it will be good to gather after a day spent outside.

Adjacent to the kitchen, you will have the dining room, which has a table that can accommodate up to 10 guests.

On the other side of the dining room is the living room - with fireplace - from where you can quietly admire this unique landscape that is available to you and which changes with the seasons. What luxury!

A large terrace completes this floor. You can take full advantage of it in the summer season, the BBQ season and meals taken outside.

The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, a mudroom and a bathroom with shower.

The family room is in the basement which also has two other bedrooms, the laundry room and a bathroom with shower.

To note :

Firewood is not included. You can find it at the local convenience store.

A shed attached to the chalet will allow you to store your skis, bicycles and other outdoor equipment.

The BBQ will be available in season (April to October) only!

Le Auguste is located in Beaupré, 35 minutes from Quebec.

You will be very close to a grocery store, a gas station, a ski shop as well as the excellent Pub St-Bernard!

The ski shuttle service runs every 20 minutes.

You must travel by car. 2 parking spaces are at your disposal. Parking is also possible on the street.

Rental rules:

Parties are not accepted, and we reserve the right to terminate a reservation if this is not respected

Strict 10 p.m. curfew for any noise likely to disturb the neighborhood.

It is strictly FORBIDDEN to smoke inside the establishment.

You can smoke outside, respecting the permitted distance of 9 meters.

Pets are not tolerated on site.

Alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, dog sledding, hiking trails and in summer one of the best networks of mountain bike trails. What distinguishes Mont Ste-Anne is the variety of trails offered, while the most seasoned experts will find what they are looking for and beginner families too. Cross-country, endurance, downhill biking, wave trails, etc.

The road to New France:

The Route de la Nouvelle-France, linking Old Québec to Côte-de-Beaupré: first windmill (1651), first place of pilgrimage (Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré 1658), heritage houses and many other treasures.

Canyon Sainte-Anne:

Impressive canyon carved out of 1.2 billion year old rock by the spectacular 74m waterfall (higher than Niagara Falls). Cross 3 suspension bridges, one of which is 60 m away.

Parc de la Chute-Montmorency:

From a height of 83 m and 30 meters higher than the famous Niagara Falls, Montmorency Falls is spectacular in both summer and winter.
