The Space:

The Arès Chalet, nestled within the Domaine au Grand Portneuf, is the perfect destination for those seeking a getaway in the heart of nature. Accommodating up to 5 guests, this cozy chalet features 2 comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a convenient powder room, providing both comfort and functionality for your stay.



From the moment you arrive, you'll be charmed by the warm and bright ambiance of the living room, bathed in natural light from large windows overlooking the lush surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals to enjoy in the inviting dining area.



Outside, the terrace becomes a favorite spot to soak in the fresh air and tranquility, whether for a morning coffee or a relaxing evening. As a guest at Domaine au Grand Portneuf, you also have access to shared amenities, including a heated pool in the summer, a spa, and a sauna for relaxation, as well as a lounge with a TV and pool table for fun evenings.



The Arès Chalet harmoniously combines modern comfort with natural immersion, promising a rejuvenating and unforgettable stay.



Guest Access:

Our guests have full access to the entire chalet and all its amenities. You will also have access to the shared spaces, including a lounge with a TV and pool table, an outdoor terrace, a heated pool (summer only), a sauna, and a spa.



Note: Enjoy access to shared amenities including the spa, wood-fired sauna, and seasonal outdoor pool. Spa and sauna sessions can be reserved on-site for your preferred time slot. Firewood for the sauna is provided. Shared amenities are open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and the pool is available during the summer season only.

And if you’re looking for even more excitement, via ferrata and canyoning offer exhilarating challenges!



For a gourmet experience, don’t miss Domaine des 3 Moulins. This unique vineyard, founded by Pio Bégin and Monick Valois in 2001, boasts 10,000 grapevines and a captivating archaeological site. Each year, over 7,500 bottles are produced, reflecting the founders’ passion and dedication.

As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of CAD 20 per night,

OR

* A refundable CAD 750 Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
