Located along the road to Villasimius and nestled in beautiful Mediterranean scrub, Casa Antele is a family home born of the love and passion of Carla and Carlo. The interior of this detached home evokes Sardinian tradition, and the surrounding garden makes it the perfect place to fully relax in peace, quiet, and tranquility. A spacious garden on all four sides, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners, relaxation, and playtime for children, complete with a barbecue area and outdoor shower.
The space
The house features:
• 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be pushed together to create an additional double bed, depending on your needs.
• A spacious living room, featuring a large sofa that can be converted into two additional comfortable sleeping spots, a fireplace, and a spacious kitchenette equipped with everything you need (dishes, dishwasher, pod coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, microwave).
• Comfortable and functional bathroom with a shower and hair dryer.
Upon request, a crib, high chair, and playpen can be provided for young guests.
Tourist tax: 1 euro per day per person for a maximum of 5 nights for guests between the ages of 14 and 70. Payable on site.

The house has two parking spaces for cars or motorcycles in the courtyard.Other things to keep in mind

• 200 meters from the Marina di Capitana marina, ideal for boat rentals, sailing lessons, and scuba diving.
• 300 m from Stella di Mare Beach, easily accessible on foot.
• 1.5 km from Capitana Beach, just a 5-minute drive away.
• A public park with a playground and soccer field is right nearby.
• Just a few minutes from an expressway, providing easy access to the most spectacular beaches in southern Sardinia, such as Geremeas, Solanas, Torre delle Stelle, Villasimius, and Costa Rei.
• Wellness center and spa: About 200 meters away is the “Sighientu Resort Thalasso & Spa,” which offers spa and wellness services.
