"It was perfect! The motel is clean, and very comfortable. The owners have made it a home away from home. They are super hosts. You can go to the beach right from the beautiful deck and garden in the back. It is so quiet and friendly. Easy access to multiple trails for hiking, and golf if you would prefer. The sunsets are breath taking from your own balcony or sitting on the large deck, which they provide, lawn chairs, and tables.
Great place to relax and enjoy your holiday. "

"Great place, our tub wasn't draining properly,but the front desk had maintenence come and fix the issue quickly. Be careful with making sure the room door is shut all the way, because it may not shut properly. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee/tea station in the lounge area. Great area for BBQ in the back where you can bring your furry friends as well. Parking is a little tight. We also got a free round of golf across the way for each day we stayed. Wonderful staff. "

"I've been coming to the Sea Edge for over 25 years... lol like many of us with our little kids who are now grown... the updates to the hotel have only added to the experience and everything still feels as happy summer memories - as much as ever. The staff are fantastic and the rooms are beautiful!. Love it as much as ever ... and great now for romantic getaways. Free Mini golf too! "

"We checked into our room on the front. The ocean was right there. The hotel had two chairs overlooking the ocean. We sat out there all evening. It was close to Parksville so if we stayed longer there would be lots to do.
