The staff were communicative over text but this is a place where you don’t really see the staff and you enter the hotel and your room with a code you give you. So, very hands off and was good for our purposes—being left alone and just coming and going as we needed. The place is clean and new, room was spacious and comfortable. Will stay here again"

"Fantastic stay. Breakfast was awesome and everyone at the hotel really makes the difference. The terrace room was outstanding. Only negative would be no AC in bathroom which makes it quite difficult for a while to get ready with all the fog. But would got back in a heartbeat - was totally 5* hotel!!! Thank you!!!"

"Les Lofts Notre Dame was a great place to stay in Old Quebec. The loft was clean and had everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The location was in the center of everything.
I wish we had gotten more details ahead of time on a timeline of when we would get check in details and how we had to prepare for checking out.

"We stayed at this property during a recent trip to Quebec City and overall had a pleasant experience. The apartment was very clean and clearly recently renovated, with a modern feel throughout. The kitchen was especially spacious and well-equipped, which made it great for cooking and relaxing.

Parking is a 8 min walk, uphill, which may be an issue for some people. Also, Rue St Jean is closed to cars for most of the day, so this is a little inconvenient for luggage unloading."

The only thing is that the room could use a few more hooks and hangers to put your clothes especially if you are there for more than 3 nights. We were living out of our suitcase. Overall a 10/10"

I recommend writing them down on a small card in case your phone runs out of battery while there. When we needed to contact customer service, someone was always available and replied right away. The restaurant is very good, the price point is high, but I recommend it for a nice dining experience. We had drinks just about every night...
