The courtyard house dates back to 1744 and has remained in the family ever since, serving over the years as a lake fish farm, cattle stable, and village laundry.
Today the Lakes’ Courtyard is devoted to discerning travellers who wish to visit the Italian Lake District from a quieter location, away from the crowds of Lake Como.
Pusiano boasts two small lakes: Lake Pusiano (Eupilii) known for canoeing and beautiful sunsets (November to April) and Lake Segrino, a natural spring distinguished for its remarkably clear waters and pristine landscapes.
La Corte dei Laghi overlooks Lake Pusiano and it is less than five-minute drive away from Lake Segrino where guests can enjoy the local beach club.
La Corte dei Laghi is 45 minutes away from Bellagio, the preferred location for touring and cruising Lake Como, easily reachable via a breathtaking scenic route.
The cities of Varenna, Lecco and Como are also reachable by car and public transport.
Located at the footsteps of the pre-Alps, Pusiano offers several excursion options located within minutes from “La Corte dei Laghi” including cycling, e-biking, hiking, rockclimbing, paragliding and horseriding. In winter the closest ski resort is 45 minutes away; the Olympic slopes of Bormio can be reached within a couple of hours.
Milan can be accessed easily either by car or by train in about 45 minutes.
The airports of Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa and Milan Bergamo are 30 to 90 minutes away.

“La Corte dei Laghi” is lake facing property, featuring two ensuite Suites.
Suite Eupilii (45 sqm), featuring a lake view coffe lounge, a king bed and a large walk in shower is inspired to the lake sunsets. It is ideal for couples but can accommodate a third guest for those travelling with young children.
Suite Segrino, features two bedrooms and two bathrooms both with comfortable showers. The 60sqm suite is inspired to the clear waters of Lake Segrino and is ideal for a family or a group of friends.
The suites share a common living room area, an open kitchen and a lake view terrace.
It is possible to rent the entire apartment that comfortably hosts six adults.
A balcony featuring a BBQ and a mediterranean courtyard garden complement the property.
Public car parking is available nearby, covered private car parking can be booked for a fee subject to availability.
The property is equipped with all modern facilities, including free wifi, smart TV, electronic safe a fully fitted kitchen and a well-equipped laundry.
