"From the moment you walk into the hotel, you’re greeted by an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, spacious, and super comfortable. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute drive to The Yard, and close to great shopping and tons of restaurants. I can’t wait to stay here again. Huge thanks to the entire staff for making my stay so enjoyable!"

"Everything was spotless, breakfast was plentiful & ready. only thing the TV I'm a senior citizen and it took me awhile to figure it out, it would have been nice to have a step by step instruction on what button to push for just regular TV :). the personnel were GREAT! from John, Armond, Abraham, Ubalda, Kendra, ALL were there and ready to greet and help. Thankyou for a great stay!!"

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the premises was well maintained, but what really put our stay over the top was the service and the friendly hotel staff! We arrived prior to check in and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable as our room was prepared, they were very knowledgeable about the events happening around the city, and so friendly throughout our whole stay. "Great location right next to grand park! Sooo convenient! My only slight complaint is that they need bigger ice machines. Pretty sure every guest in the hotel needs to fill up their kid’s water bottle in the morning and they were out of ice by 7am when I tried."

There are areas that need updating, however, the hotel was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We had a quiet room on the second floor. The elevator was not working, but that was OK. The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel is located in a safe and convenient area with lots of restaurant options and a Starbucks next-door. "
