"The big plus is the swimming pool / jacuzzi / steam room and the very well equipped gym. The room was very pleasant and well appointed and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food and drinks were good.
If I had to be critical I would say the buffet breakfast was poor with no pastries or fresh fruit salad, bread for toasting etc.
There were cooked breakfast choices from the menu but if you are a continental breakfast type person it wasn't great value.

På gangarealer og lobby var temperatur fin. Men på værelset målte vi mellem 33 og 35 grader. Det er alt for meget. "

"We had a wonderful stay, the whole experience exceeded expectations.
However a few point for improvement to make it a true 5 star experience. Another bigger / faster lift is required or easier access to the outdoor pool area via the ramp, for my mother who is 82. The aircon in our upgraded room (326) did not cool the room to the required temp and sleeping was difficult. In addition more sun umbrellas and more comfortable sun lounger's would make the outdoor pool facilities...

"Everything was fine. The staff was kind and smiley and very informative.
When booking the hotel we were informed that weddings would take place during our stay and therefore we could expect a bit of loud music, but that it would be turned down at midnight. We stayed in the same building as where the weddings were held, but it never got that loud. We could hear people having a good time, but nothing else.
