Hoteller nær Puppetworks Inc

"Opholdet var kun lige ok. Der var efterladt mad i det lille køleskab på værelset …. Vi boede 3 Personer i 5 dage. 2 af morgenerne var der stort set ikke noget morgenmad Vi var der ca 1/2 til 1 time før morgenmad sluttede. Person i Reception sagde det ikke var deres ansvar !! Og person i der satte morgenmad frem, sagde bare at der ikke var mere den dag ! Det har vi ikke før oplevet på hoteller i denne prisklasse. 🙁 Af positivt kan nævnes den gode beliggenhed tæt på spise steder og ikke...

"Best room when you arent planning to stay inside most of your stay. The bed was super comfy. They give you a white noise machine which helped me a lot since I cant stand sleeping in silence. The only issue was the long check in— not the staff member’s fault. Super close to the subway."

"Small room but to be expected in New York. Super comfy bed. Nice little patio with chairs. The weather wasn’t the greatest so didn’t sit outside."

"Overall my stay was good, location was nice walk to the main downtown area, hotel and room was very clean, breakfast wasn’t bad. Didn’t appreciate the price of $40 per day for parking, luckily we found street parking. Staff were friendly."

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"I was given a room when i arrive it had roaches on the bed and i noticed the heater was on so all roaches would come out. Therefore i go down to the receptionist James he says i can get refund for my room since there is no more rooms available. And then they claim he was not the manager to provide such information when I disputed the charge. Yet they fought back somehow for this charge after i have video footage of the roaches"

"Vi overnattede her en enkelt nat. Området omkring hotellet er ikke super behageligt om aftenen, men hotellet er tæt på subway så det var nemt at komme ud og opleve derfra. Klassisk amerikansk hotel-morgenmad.. sød med sød på :-) der var dog også alternativer som fx en rigtig god havregrød :-)"

"Small hotel, chosen for 1 night because of proximity to cruise and Industry City. Rooms are nice but small. Bedsheets were not ironed. Area is kind of shady."
