The Space:

Inside, guests will find two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One of the bathrooms includes a bathtub. The living room features a TV console that can be converted into two single beds when needed.



The dining area seats six guests comfortably, and the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay. The unit also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.



The private balcony includes outdoor seating and overlooks the sports courts within the residential complex.



Within the building, guests can access a rooftop pool area with views of the mangroves, the marina, and the Caribbean Sea further ahead.

Sports courts equipment such as rackets, balls, and soccer balls are available at reception.

La Amada Residencial is a private residential community known for its marina views, controlled access, and quiet surroundings. The complex offers multiple recreational spaces and convenient services within walking distance, including sports courts, shared pools, and a small market.



Getting Around:

Driving is the most convenient way to get around.

• Downtown Cancún – 20 minutes by car

• Cancún Hotel Zone – 30 minutes by car

• Isla Mujeres ferry terminal – about 45 minutes

• Cancún International Airport – about 45 minutes by car



Other Things to Note:

Reservations are required in advance for paddle and tennis courts. Time slots are available hourly, starting at 06:00 AM with the last slot from 21:00 to 22:00. Each apartment may reserve up to two slots within a 24-hour period. Equipment can be picked up at reception about 10 minutes before the reservation.



Soccer and basketball courts do not require prior reservations.



There is no spa within the residential complex; however, guests may access spa services at the nearby Beloved Hotel. By mentioning that you are staying at La Amada Residencial, a special discount may be available.

The schedule for using the pool, pergola, and adjacent common areas will be from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

It is strictly prohibited to consume alcoholic beverages, hold meetings, or parties in the condominium lobby, which may only be used by residents for reading or watching TV/electronics.
