The Neighborhood:
For Adventure, the area (Pedasi and Playa Venao) offers world class fishing, surfing, kitesurfing, diving, paddling and snorkeling. You can also do Horse back riding (on the beach), and hiking.
Playa Venao (20km away) offers a popular surf spot, with yoga and nightlife experience. With a reputation as a “heaven on earth,” Playa Venao has transformed from a wild beach town to a go-to destination. Its surfer-bohemian vibe make Playa Venao the perfect setting for seekers of tranquility and bliss.
The Isla Iguana Wildlife Refuge is a 58-hectare wildlife reserve located 5 kilometers off the Pedasi Coast (access via fisher boats).

Getting Around:
We recommend exploring the neighboring beaches and surrounding areas by car for the utmost convenience and flexibility. Upon completing your booking, our team is available to assist in organizing a rental car to suit your needs. With four parking spaces available at the villa, you can rest assured knowing your transportation is secure and easily accessible throughout your stay.
Other Things to Note:
Included in your villa rental is a dedicated team of three helpful staff members available until 2pm daily. This team consists of two diligent cleaning ladies and a skilled house helper/chef, ensuring that your stay is both immaculate and gastronomically delightful.
In the mornings, the cleaning ladies will diligently clean and tidy the villa, ensuring a pristine environment for your enjoyment. Meanwhile, the house helper/chef will be on hand to welcome guests, answer any questions, and prepare and serve a delicious breakfast.
Should you desire additional assistance beyond 2pm, we offer two convenient options:
1. House Helper/Chef Extended Service: Our house helper/chef can be hired to handle grocery shopping and prepare and serve lunch/dinner at an extra rate of $20 per hour.
2. Butler Service: Enhance your villa experience with the assistance of a dedicated butler available for the full day at a rate of $45. The butler will provide attentive service, including serving drinks and assisting with various tasks around the house until 7 or 8 pm. For larger groups, hiring a butler is highly recommended to ensure seamless service and hospitality throughout your stay.
Please note:
- All food must be provided by guests.
- If the chef assists with grocery shopping, guests will be provided with respective invoices for reimbursement.
- After booking confirmation, we will coordinate menus and logistics for any additional services desired.
