Relax on the spacious screened patio overlooking the canal, lounge by the private pool, grill your favorite meals, or unwind on the private dock with morning coffee or evening cocktails. The dock is also ideal for launching a kayak or boat. Please note that while the pool is professionally maintained and sparkling clean, some cosmetic wear on the pool lining may be visible but does not affect the water quality or your enjoyment.



Inside, you'll find a bright, open living area with high ceilings, coastal-inspired décor, a large flat-screen TV, and a full-size pool table. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home.



Stay comfortable with high-speed WiFi, central air conditioning, and a washer and dryer, giving you all the conveniences of home whether you're working remotely or simply relaxing.

The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 through November 30, with peak activity typically occurring from mid-August through mid-October. While natural disasters are beyond our control, our policy regarding cancellations and refunds remains the same: if the home is habitable, no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection and peace of mind during hurricane season. If a named storm is forecast for the area, the following precautions may be taken (when possible by one person) and will remain in place until the storm has passed:

Outdoor dock furniture will be moved to a safe location.

Lanai furniture will be moved inside or secured against the home.

Televisions will be unplugged.

Trash cans will be secured against the home, unless trash pickup is scheduled within the next 48 hours.

Ice bins will be emptied, and ice makers will be turned off in case of a power outage.

Electric storm shutters will be closed. (Manual storm shutters are not installed.)
