The space

Stay into comfort and convenience at this newly built luxury studio apartment, thoughtfully designed from both short and long term stays. Apartment is located in a newly built well-maintained, secure society which is just 10 minutes walk from the Airport terminal. Yes, you heard it right! you can walk to or from the airport anytime.

This studio is perfectly suited for guests looking to stay on a budget and homely space. This is close to airport so you just land and even walk to this studio apartment.

Symbiosis College is also just a walk away and if you are a student and your friends and family is coming to meet you, then it is perfect place for their stay.

☞ The kitchen is fully functional and equipped to prepare meals of any size. It includes a microwave, Fridge, toaster, RO water, all necessary utensils, Elica modern Gas Stove, Kettle etc.

☞ A modern built, stylish bathroom includes fully automatic washing machine, geyser for hot water. Please note: HOT WATER comes only in the shower area.

☞ It has a queen-size bed with a comfortable and bouncy spring mattress, with clean and fresh linens and towels.

☞ All the areas of the apartment are available for usage of guests.

☞ A 55” smart 4K ultra HD tv for your entertainment with high speed wifi access. We DO NOT PROVIDE any Netflix, Prime Video, Jio Hotstar etc. subscriptions, but guest can log in to their own account if they have.

☞ A dedicated work desk makes remote work smooth and comfortable.

☞ Cleaning will be available between 11am-1pm only. Cleaning will be done in your presence only.

☞ Private balcony to enjoy fresh air and quiet moments. You can smoke only in the balcony area. Indecency or smoking in the common areas of the building is strictly not allowed.

☞ Govt. approved id/address proof is to be provided compulsory by all guests before check in as it is mandate by local authorities to maintain records. Guests below 18 years should be with their parents.

☞ Strict NO VISITOR Policy. In case of a violation, the reservation will be terminated without a refund. Additionally, a penalty of INR 3000 per visitor per instance will be charged.

☞Strictly no drugs and syringe or related to these are allowed in the premises. You'll held responsible if you/guests found with any of these. A 5000 rs PENALTY would be applicable per guest per each instance.

☞ Any damages/loss done to anything inside the apartment post your check in will be your responsibility and charges to repair/replace the same have to be borne by you.
