One-storey residence, ideal for winter and summer holidays, for people looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday, located in a very green urbanisation, like an oasis in the arid landscape of Almería.
Security fence and access control. The urbanisation is equipped with a 2-metre high security fence with access control gates for vehicles and pedestrians. The parking is inside the security fence. Only authorised persons can enter and leave the urbanisation.

Located 500 metres from the Paseo Marítimo and the beaches, there is a direct pedestrian path to the beach, 5 minutes walk away. The town centre and beaches are also accessed by an illuminated boulevard with a bicycle lane.
Hot-cold air conditioning in the living room that also reaches the bedrooms, garden terrace with barbecue and 40 m2 porch. Wifi included in the price. Astra satellite TV with channels in different languages, especially German and French.
All rooms have windows to the outside.
Large solarium above the house with sun and shade spaces, with 360º views of the entire area, where we can enjoy and relax having a drink or having a barbecue, while sunbathing protected from the gaze of the outside. We have a nice covered pergola with a table and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and hammocks (see photo)
Ideal for winter and summer holidays, it receives sun all day at any time of the year.
The covered garden terrace is surrounded by vegetation and contains a charcoal barbecue and two tables, which allows you to be or eat inside or on the terrace surrounded by plants and in contact with nature. The terrace is the most pleasant area of ​​the house in this warm region, to enjoy the good weather and the sun.
The house is located in a development of about 100 houses, very green, quiet and pleasant, with a communal garden and pedestrian paths, without noise from cars or other types of transport. It is in front of the best fine sand beaches, with a Tourist Quality flag.

The house has two bedrooms:
Master bedroom: double bed and built-in wardrobe.
We give importance to rest. A good mattress allows the spine to rest in its natural position.
The double bed in the master bedroom (new 2022) includes a breathable and reinforced upholstered base with 7 legs and a 150x190 cm mattress. and 25 cm high, non-deformable, breathable, hypoallergenic and orthopedic.
The second bedroom includes a 135x190 cm double bed.
The living room includes a table for 4 people, a coffee table and a very comfortable and cozy sofa, with an ergonomic backrest to protect the lumbar area and an adjustable cervical area, adaptable to your profile.
Independent kitchen, renovated in 2020, with oven, microwave, ceramic hob and large refrigerator. It also includes a toaster, citrus juicer, coffee maker and water heater.
Bathroom renovated in 2020 with shower, double sink and heating.
Laundry room, next to the kitchen, with a washing machine and washing sink, fire extinguisher, cleaning products cabinet, parasol and 2 beach chairs. Cot available on request. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets to prevent mosquitoes from entering.
Free communal parking within the security fence, located outdoors 50 meters from the house.

San Juan de los Terreros.
San Juan de los Terreros is a town of about 2000 inhabitants in the province of Almería, the easternmost province of Andalusia.
In recent years, its magnificent beaches with warm, crystal-clear waters are experiencing a tourist and real estate boom. Unlike other places on the coast saturated with apartment blocks and shopping centers next to the beaches, in S.J. de los Terreros low-rise homes are built, with green areas and parking near the beaches.
The town is located in a charming bay with calm waters, with 10 km of coastline and numerous small beaches (coves) in which to swim or dive.
