Pets are allowed on request, always leashed and without persistent barking. No parties are allowed at night. The community values peace and does not tolerate noise during quiet hours to ensure everyone's comfort. The property includes a parking space in the garage with a private electric vehicle charger (charging available for an extra fee), and there is also free parking around the complex.
