Bright Independent Villa located in the condominium "la Saia" in the localita' Santa Margherita di Pula. The villa is located in a district, (condominium) quiet, without traffic or noise . Everything is within walking distance: the supermarket, the beach, the bar. It’s ideal for a relaxing holiday . It is possible from the villa to take long walks to reach various coves less frequented

The villa has a large garden, very well-kept with green lawn and two large verandas where guests can relax and eat outside enjoying all the scents of the Mediterranean.

The villa in addition to the large outdoor spaces has spacious interior spaces; as soon as you enter the house you will notice a large living area divided into a relaxation area and TV with a large sofa and on the opposite side a comfortable table where you can eat. The kitchen is completely renovated and equipped with every comfort and accessory to cook, it is located in a comfortable area with direct access to the veranda set up with a maxi table to eat outside . On this side of the garden you will find a laundry area and a small swing is available for the little ones.

Along a long corridor you will find the two bathrooms with bath ,the bright family room with the possibility of transforming it or in a double room by combining the beds, or a double bed and a single bed or 4 beds for children.

Two double bedrooms follow . each room has its own French door that makes it very bright and guests have the opportunity to access directly in the garden or enjoy the beautiful view .

Car place both outside and inside .

Wifi 'washing machine', dishwasher and cffe machine' are available to guests.

For a fee you can request the rental of linen or cleaning of the house when necessary .

The beach is about 200 meters from the house. Per the beaches of Chia it’s 10 minutes by car .
