This welcoming end-terrace house, ideal for families and groups of friends, features air-conditioned rooms with mosquito screens. There is a double bedroom, a second bedroom with three single beds that can be joined to form a double, and a double sofa bed in the bright living area.



The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. Inside you’ll also find FWA WiFi, satellite TV, and a safe.



The true highlight is the outdoor space: a private, fenced, and illuminated pine grove of about 300 sqm, perfect for relaxing in the shade, dining outdoors, or letting children play freely.



Guests have access to a table and chairs, outdoor lounge, sun loungers, barbecue, outdoor shower with hot water, and private parking. There is also a washing machine and a sink for washing swimsuits and beach accessories.



Perfect for families: right in front of the house is a well-equipped playground. On request, a travel cot, bed rail, and booster seat are available.



The bus stop is also in front of the house, operating from May to October, with connections to Pula and other local destinations.
