Both flats consist of a kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds (three of which measure 2.00 x 1.80 metres and one 2.00 x 1.60 metres). One of the upstairs bedrooms also has a single bed (80 x 190 cm). In each living room there is a sofa bed (2.00 x 2.00 m and 2.00 x 1.60 m), making a total of twelve beds. All rooms are equipped with heating and air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) is free of charge.
The nearest grocery shop is only 200 m away. The restaurant (about 400 m away) and the beach (about 700 m away) are also within easy walking distance. The town of Stinjan is surrounded by the sea on three sides and boasts several bathing bays. There are numerous opportunities for water sports enthusiasts, hikers, joggers and cyclists. The picturesque town of Pula is only a seven-minute drive (4.5 km) away. This city, with some 3,000 years of history, boasts numerous buildings to visit, such as the famous Roman amphitheatre, the Temple of Augustus and the fortress walls with its city gates. Another popular excursion destination is the Brijuni Islands National Park. Towns such as Rovinj, Poreč, Medulin, Rabac and Opatija are also within easy reach. In the hinterland, the towns of Cape Kamenjak, Motovun, Oprtalj, Grožnjan, Lim Channel, Svetvinčenat and Labin are also worth a visit.
