Ikke et firestjernet hotel
Udemærket hotel men for dyrt i forhold til standarden. Familieværelset var meget rummeligt men trænger til en "up to date" renovering. Gode pools og dejligt stille område. Vi spiste kun frokost og aftensmad en enkelt aften. Frokosten var udemærket men aftensmaden var lidt kedelig. De fleste af personalet var søde og hjælpsomme men et par stykker var uhøflige og afvisende. Hotellet får 4 stjerner for beliggenhed og pool område men hotellets tilstand og service niveau er nærmere 3 stjerner.

Dejligt hotel - servering som Fawlty Towers :-)
Fint hotel, fantastisk beliggenhed. Venligt personale, men specielt tjenerne er ikke så organiserede. Vi spiste 4 gange på hotellet - enten ventede vi meget længe 1 time på vores mad, fik den forkerte vin eller skulle spørge efter de mest almindelige ting. Egentlig er det slet ikke gearet til a la carte - men kun til halvpension, som vi havde valgt fra. Maden var dog fin. Der er et par ting, som kunne være bedre ved hotellet. Internet -bør også være i værelserne her i 2013 - og bør kunne betales som en fast sum i stedet for, at man skal købe pr. time (ret dyrt i øvrigt) Baren er ikke særlig effektiv - det skete aldrig at man kom rundt langs poolen for at spørge om nogle ville købe noget. Der går hotellet glip af en formue. Priserne i baren er også i den høje ende. Her på Expedia står der, at der er 2 restauranter. Det er der ikke, der én, med to forskellige serveringsområder, som ikke er åbne på samme tid. Der er minibar på værelset - men et skilt fortæller, at man ikke må stille sine egne ting i køleskabet. Det er ikke rimeligt, når man er på hotellet i 14 dage, så skal man ikke købe al' sin vand til 7 gange butiksprisen for 4 personer. Gør dog som i USA - hav en minibar og så et køleskab. Men alt i alt er det et rart sted. Eneste udenoms mangel er strand - den skal man køre til, der er dog en fin pool ved havet.

A lovely stay and a very helpful front desk. Quiet, relaxing, with lovely rooms and pools, good food and a great selection of Sardinian wines, which turned out to be very good! Pula is a very nice town and Nora very interesting and well-maintained. Beautiful beaches nearby and a lovely area to explore.

The property was clean. All staff were pleasant and attentive. They made our stay memorable and wanting to come back to Sardegna. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing.

This place has very nice rooms and garden. Well maintained property. Please be aware that both pools are Saltwater-pools with very salty water. The only bad thing is the food. Quite tasteless and boring food and very few options both for lunch and dinner. Not what you expect in Italy. Breakfast is good though but no buffet so you have to wait for a waitor each time you want to order. The beach is no good with rocks just 5 meters out. If you want nice beaches go to north east part of Sardinia. We rented a car and went to that part of the island. Very nice beaches! Next time we will fly to Olbia. As a side note they charge you 5 Eur for a bucket of ice in this hotel!! I have never experienced that in any other hotel…

This place has all the potential to be great but outside of the nice landscape this hotel is all looks no substance. The rooms are old, not great decor and my bed was very hard. There is not a lot of food options at the hotel - they have the same menu everyday and you have to choose from what they serve In addition the meal times are strict and there is no options for food during the day - except a sandwich or a frozen pizza that gets placed in the over. There is no service at the pools and you have to walk to the center bar to get any drinks at the pool or beach. The service staff here - from reception to ordering anything are TERRIBLE. Several times my order was wrong, or i had to wait 10 mins to be acknowledged. The reception staff was extremely unpleasant. For the amount of money this place charges you go somewhere else there are so many better options on Sardinia this place is not it. The owner of the hotel reached out to me and wanted to give me a jar of honey as a way to make up for my horrible stay. AVOID

At the check out you said you were happy for the stay... so I was glad for that.We, want to apologise if we have mistaken in something, because we know mistakes can happen to everyone.However, we would like to give you an advice as we always wish the best for who goes on holiday, so we ask you to read below:1) When you are not having a good stay, tell immediately the hotel;2) If nobody gives you importance, do not lose your patience and ask for the director / owner;3) If even the director / owner does not know how to help you, ask for assistance to change hotel;4) If none of the previous aids is given to you, then and only then, we advise you to inform the other potential customers through the web explaining that the hotel did not help you to spend a good holiday.In all other cases, please try to reward who really has an interest in your well-being and that often invests more than he ought to follow a passion ...that of friendship and good relationships, which are, however, the same of a good welcome!I hope to see you again and meet each other to give you all the help for your best holiday!

A lovely resort in a quiet area, we chose it for the proximity to the beach and the photos of the refurbished modern rooms. The beach is tiny, we had a car so travelled around. We were given an upgrade but it was not a modern room, the facilities could have been better.

Property was lovely pools clean garden’s beautiful staff were great. The property for us was too remote so taxis needed everywhere for us which was expensive. The menu at hotel was minimal not much Choice so we ate out most of the week. Pool was closed during hottest point of day not sure why as nothing was done to it. No. English tv channels so when it rained not much to do. It was just the wrong location for us.

If I had know during your visit you weren't completely happy I'd have tried to do something more.As we can see, the hotel a few kilometers from the urban center of Pula and it makes the place more quite and exclusive. Nevertheless we always sugget to rent a car also for visiting the beauties of the area. Le parc de l’hôtel est superbe, la plage privée manque d’entretien ainsi que la piscine côté mer… (aiguilles de pin, carrelage à refaire, pas confort d empêcher pieds nus et sur la plage beaucoup de détritus naturels ou non) Le restaurant est trop ds le compliqué et pas dans la cuisine généreuse que nous attendons en Italie : résultat faut prendre plein de plat c ultra cher et mégas long ! Il faut payer pour qu’on vous lave les serviettes de plage inacceptable pour moi dans un hôtel. 400€ la nuit ! Mettez 402,80 et changez les serviettes ça sera moins mesquin!!!!
