private bedroom in a gorgeous Versailles house on a private street, with a large private backyard and
pool, which is heated during the winter, and cooled during the summer.
A Multitude of Shared Amenities • The house has a fantastic open layout, making it ideal for conversation.
• There's a large chef's kitchen, a dining table that seats 8, a spacious living room
that seats 7 with new furniture, and a shared half-bathroom.
• The house is located
one block from Plaza Caracol on a private street, which makes
the entire property, including the backyard,
very quiet.
• The private backyard has beautiful green grass and a
crystal clear pool. In Dec 2024 Christian
installed a pool heating and cooling unit, ensuring the pool is warm in the winter,
and cool in the summer.
• Christian had a gorgeous mural painted next to the pool by the
top muralist in PV!
• There's soft lighting in the backyard, providing a very relaxing place to
unwind after a busy day.
• Guests are welcome to use the
barbecue area whenever they like.
Your Private Space • Your private locked bedroom is
very spacious, with a king-size bed (new mattress in Jan 2025),
nightstands with lamps that have USB connectors, a dresser with a SmartTV (with VPN access
to US and Canada Netflix and Amazon Prime), and a desk with a chair, in case you'll be working
during your stay. There is also ample closet space. Finally, the room has a
new ceiling fan
and A/C unit.
• Your private bathroom has a skylight, providing much
natural light. While the bathroom
is technically a Jack and Jill style, no one uses the third bedroom, therefore the bathroom
will be
all yours and secure during your stay.
Other Things to Note • The owner Christian has two very sweet smallish dogs. They are friendly with everyone.
However, if you're not a dog fan, this house isn't for you. Guests are allowed to bring along one
smallish dog, if they're friendly with other dogs. An additional pet deposit will be required.
• The decorative photos adorning the walls within the house were taken by Christian.
These images capture special moments and add a personal touch that reflects his unique style
and vision.
• There is a two-car garage. Christian has his own car, but there is space for your car if you'll be
bringing one.
• There is a
wonderful cleaning woman that comes in Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
She ensures the common spaces are always spotless. If you'd like her to clean your bedroom
and bathroom during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional cost of
$25 USD
per cleaning.
The Perfect Location in Versalles • This home is in the
heart of Versalles, a bustling area just north of Cinco de Diciembre.
You will be a
one-block walk to the very popular Plaza Caracol, a locals mall with both
a full grocery store, and several specialty shops.
• The Versalles neighborhood is filled with restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and bars,
all within a
short walking distance.
• The public beach is a 10-minute walk using one of many access roads, and you have
beach chairs
and an umbrella in your room.
• It's an 18-minute walk to the fantastic
La Isla shopping center, where you'll find
all US and Canadian brand name stores, along with the Cinepolis movie theater,
which shows US movies in English (with Spanish subtitles) and has reclining chairs.
• It's a 30-minute walk (or an 8-minute Uber ride) to the Centro district, which where you'll find
the starting point of the famous Malecon (boardwalk), which leads you straight into
the
heart of the PV Romantic Zone.
