The Space:

Las Brisas combines two apartments into one exclusive suite, anchored by a private terrace that feels less like an outdoor add-on and more like a garden room. Lush tropical plants wrap the space, filtering the breeze and framing views of the pool and ocean beyond, the kind of spot where morning coffee stretches into afternoon and you forget to check the time.

An original stone wall runs through the heart of the apartment, a reminder of the hillside this villa is built into. The stone wall carries through the kitchen and one of the bedrooms into the bathroom where it becomes part of the shower, a detail that surprises and delights nearly every guest.

Each of the three king bedrooms has air conditioning, luxury linens and an ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower and premium toiletries. A full kitchen plus a master bedroom kitchenette give added flexibility for meals at any hour. Fiber Wi-Fi runs up to 1 Gbps with 150 Mbps backup, great for remote work or streaming.

Shared villa amenities include a heated saltwater pool overlooking Banderas Bay (available 24/7), daily standard housekeeping Monday through Saturday, two terraces with a 9-person dining table, an honor bar, BBQ grill, and lounge seating.



Guest Access:

Parking and drop-offs

Guests may drive up the alleyway to drop off their belongings but must park on adjacent streets, as parking is not permitted on our street. Free street parking is available nearby and guests have never had an issue. We are happy to assist with luggage when available.



The Neighborhood:

Villa Amistad sits in El Cerro, Puerto Vallarta's original hillside neighborhood overlooking Banderas Bay. Our small cobblestone alley is home to long-time Mexican families, a close-knit community where neighbors know each other and look out for one another. It feels authentic, lived-in, and safe.

Guests love staying here because they can enjoy the energy of the city, then return to a peaceful local neighborhood that still feels genuinely Mexican. The Malecón is a 5-minute walk; Los Muertos Beach, the Romantic Zone, restaurants, nightlife, and galleries are all 5 to 20 minutes away on foot.



Getting Around:

Most of Puerto Vallarta's best spots are 5 to 25 minutes away on foot. The hill is moderate, and Ubers and taxis are plentiful and affordable for anyone who prefers a ride. Local buses run along the main road below for 10 pesos (exact change required).



Other Things to Note:

FAMILIES

Families with children are welcome, but please note the villa is not childproof. There is an unfenced pool, open stairs, low railings, and breakable artwork and pottery. No children's furniture or toys are provided. We encourage parents to reach out before booking to make sure the villa is the right fit.
