The Space

The main living area includes sliding glass wall panels between the private pool and the interior living space. These panels can be fully opened to create a seamless indoor and outdoor living experience.

The condo can host up to eight guests and is pet friendly. The primary bedroom and second bedroom each have king beds. The third bedroom has two queen beds. The fourth bedroom has one queen bed and is available upon request.
Each bedroom has its own TV and entertainment setup.

Three of the four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The primary ensuite includes two large vanities and a standalone egg shaped soaker tub.

Common area features include lush garden grounds throughout the complex, creating a resort style atmosphere. Guests also have access to a 300 foot heated infinity pool with a swim up bar overlooking the city of Vallarta and the ocean. The complex also offers 24 hour security and a state of the art gym overlooking the ocean.

The fourth bedroom is only available upon special request.

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the entire complex.

For security purposes, each guest must provide their full name and date of birth two weeks before arrival so they can be placed on the 24 hour security list. Entry will not be permitted for guests who are not on the security list.

The fourth bedroom is available upon request and is otherwise locked. There is no additional charge for use of the fourth bedroom.
The main shared pool is always heated.
The private infinity pool can be heated upon request. Gas will be charged at the market rate based on the amount used.
There is a gas meter attached to the pool heater. The meter will be measured on the day of arrival and again on the day of departure.
The private pool heater is only turned on upon request.
