Luxury 8750 sqft Villa, Spectacular views, Premier Location to Beach and Town

Villa Santa Fe is located in a private, gated, and secure community of 5 properties. The Villa has 5 bedrooms with king size beds, all have en suites, three with jacuzzi tubs and one with a steam room. Villa Santa Fe has a large, heated infinity pool with a waterfall, and 4 interior waterfalls. There are two bars, a gourmet kitchen, a large bbq area with stainless steel bbq and rotisserie, wireless internet, 5 smart TVs, 4 balconies off of the bedrooms, and a water purification system. The Villa has spectacular views of the town, beach, jungle and the bay. We are in a prime location directly above the Blue Chairs and Mantamar resorts and los Muertos beach (the most famous and popular beach in Puerto Vallarta). It’s a 10 minute walk (or 2 minutes by cab/uber) to the beach and historical area, where you will find shopping, restaurants, the Malecon, and all tourist activities. Our rates include a full-service maid 6 days per week, a gardener/poolman and a concierge service. Chef service is available and would includes any two meals per day i.e.; breakfast and dinner or lunch and dinner, food and beverage costs are not included in the chef services, actual cost receipts for all purchases will be provided. Safes are located in every bedroom for guests’ money and valuables. Our concierge will contact you a few weeks prior to your arrival and send you a pre arrival list of available activities and general Puerto Vallarta information. The concierge will ask for your arrival times, names of guests, airline info and airport pickup if requested, and any other information pertinent to your stay.
We are new owners of Villa Sata Fe; we fell in love with the Villa after our initial visit and purchased it from the original owners. We hope to continue the exceptional service and hospitality that Villa Santa Fe is known for. Please review all photos and reviews for more information. Don’t forget to enjoy the nightly fireworks on the water.

What an amazing house - so much thought was put into the design, the atrium in the entrance was perfect, the brickwork was absolutely unbelievable. We loved the layout, we all had our own spaces… yet felt like we were still together as a family. The staff were great, friendly and attentive. The meals were amazing, especially when chef Tina made us steak arrachera! It was honestly tough deciding whether we wanted meals cooked for us at the house, or walk down to enjoy the endless selection of restaurants in town!As the location it was awesome— we walked to the beach every day, only takes about 7 minutes… going down to the beach was a breeze, coming up the stairs and the driveway at the end of the day was a workout — but hey, it just helped to burn off the cervesas! At certain times of the day there was some traffic noise, but being right in town it wasn’t unexpected. We had an amazing time and hope to return!

Great place for big family.

Food was amazing. Tina is an amazing chef as well as morning chef. Staff was also amazing. It’s like they were hiding. You would have breakfast and return to the room and they were done. We would return.

Annual Friends Trip

We have had many awesome experiences at various destinations, and this one did not disappoint. Richard and Tina, along with Toni and all the staff, were fantastic. It's always fun with we have other people in common, which was the case this time as well. The property is immaculate, Tina is an amazing chef, and Toni was always available if we needed assistance. Wonderful location with only one exception, which is more road noise at times than we liked. Take advantage of Richard's suggestions for local restaurants and activities - none were disappointing! This house and team are highly recommended. Thank you for a GREAT week!

Perfect Trip

We stayed at Villa Santa Fe for a big birthday weekend. It was perfect. The villa is beyond exceptional and the service and food were terrific. Bachelor Party Week

I have very mixed feeling about my stay.... There were a number of issues that were addressed directly with the property manager at the end of my stay that I hope they will address with future guests. Issues Addressed: - There was no hot water for the majority of our stay - Complete random strangers, roamed into the property unannounced on one of the days. Somehow they were let into the security gate by property owners - Plumbing Issues - Daily laundry service was not facilitated as agreed upon - Poor Wifi Connectivity - None of the activities requested in advance to book were booked or any effort made to do so - We requested the use of the golf cart on property to get up and down the 150ft driveway leading up to the villa. Our requests were never responded to and getting in and out of the property was quite the workout each time - There was a large amount of ants in and around the property As mentioned, the above issues were addressed directly with the property manager at the end of our stay. The owner and property manager did make an effort to rectify some of the issues with a nominal concession/reduction in food/beverage costs.

Paradise in Puerto Vallarta

It's hard to describe such a fabulous experience! The house is amazing. The view of the city is the "Best" in Vallarta; and chef Tina prepares meals that are better than some of the top restaurants. No matter what you needed, Tina could provide it. Richard and Tina were wonderful hosts!!

What an amazing stay. We were a large group of 10 and I can’t Raven enough about what a wonderful stay we had. The booking process was seamless, check-in was great and easy, and even cocktails upon our arrival. All of the attention to detail does not go unnoticed by us. Chef Tina and her staff were sweet and friendly with great food. Last-minute requests by our crazy group or for filled with ease. Thanks for an amazing vacation and we look forward to coming back and staying with you.

Gay gaggle getaway

Our group of 10 just loved this house! Richard and his team did a superb job making a beautiful stay for us in his beautiful house and location, starting with fresh guac and margaritas when we arrived. This is now our favorite spot in PV to stay with a larger group!

The property is very nice. The staff was disappointing. The concierge and head chef appeared too busy or uninterested. The only people who were helpful were the two sisters who did all the cooking and presenting. The house was very nice, the staff did not appear to be happy being there. It definitely affected my attitude.

Amazing villa with great staff and food

Staying at Villa Santa Fe was the highlight of our vacation in Puerto Vallarta. The food was excellent. The staff and service were friendly, courteous and easy going. Our questions/issues were handled professionally and the team was eager to make our stay as enjoyable and fun as possible. As always, communicate proactively with the staff to avoid surprises.

Excellent for Family Vacation

We are a 3 generation family of 9 and spent a wonderful week at Villa Santa Fe. First of all the Pros: Villa Santa Fe is gorgeous. Beautifully designed, well appointed, very nice art work throughout. Many water features (fountains and waterfalls) throughout the house. It is on top of a cliff with fabulous views overlooking the bay and the town from the deck and infinity pool. It is like staying in a private 5* hotel. The staff is amazing. Toni the manager/concierge was available and extremely helpful with everything from reservations for activities or restaurants to getting taxis and whatever else we needed. Tina, the chef, and her staff were fantastic. Great meals prepared according to our dietary needs and desires. We had mostly Mexican cuisine but I think Tina could do whatever guests wanted. They took care of everything related to the kitchen in a seamless fashion. Could not have asked for more. Now for the cons: These would not be deal breakers but it would have been helpful to know ahead of time. The Villa is at the top of a cliff and the driveway from the street is extremely steep with 2 hairpin switchbacks. The younger people in our group could manage to walk to the town and back, but the drive was way too steep for the older people to manage by foot. Also because it is above the main road into and out of the town it is very noisy day and night. Some of us were able to sleep through the noise, others were not. The internet access from the house was slow and irregular. If you were near the main router in the living room you could get some internet access, but away from the router was very spotty to absent. I am not sure if this is a problem of the house or the city or Mexico's broadband infrastructure. There are smart/internet TVs in living room and bedrooms but not enough bandwidth to really watch streaming services. If watching TV is important, I would recommend either bringing DVDs or downloading to a laptop or other device and casting to the TV. That said, many of us got a lot of reading in which was very nice. All in all it was an excellent experience.

Beautiful Home Close to Downtown!

This is a gorgeous home with spectacular architectural details throughout! We stayed for 6 nights with our best friends and enjoyed relaxing by the pool, beautiful sunsets, and plenty of pampering. Chef Tina and her team prepared delicious meals for us with our specific requests so that we never had to go into town unless we wanted to do activities or shopping. Tonie, the house manager, helped us get airport transportation, taxis as needed, and arranged in-home massages for all of us. I recommend booking all your taxi needs through her because the house is on a steep hill and most taxi or Ubers won’t come all the way to the front entrance. The only thing that was a challenge is the road noise—this house sits right above the main road and we heard loud traffic day and night, which made it hard to get good rest. It’s no fault of the house or the staff, it’s just a fact of the location. Most of the rooms do not have curtains or just have sheers, so if you like to sleep in the dark you’ll need to bring a blackout mask. The plus side of no curtains is stunning night views of downtown PV—the cityscape and fireworks nightly can be viewed right from your bed!

Great way to experience Puerto Vallarta

We had a great time. The property was everything we had hoped for. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were great with plenty of space. The customer service makes this place unique. Toni and the staff are so responsive. They respond immediately. It was so convenient and helpful having Toni arrange transportation for us. She even helped us order pizza one afternoon. The chef prepared the best dishes. It was so nice waking up to breakfast on the patio. They even made breakfast the day we departed. The staff are so nice and helpful. We really had the best time. It was clean, safe, beautiful, and convenient. This is a great property to experience.

Great Get away!

The property is the great, excellent staff, and the pool was amazing! The one downside is the property is up a very large steep hill, so be prepared if you have anyone elderly or out of shape, even some of the Ubers wouldn't take us up the hill to get to the house, and there were no stairs so driveway it is. The property Manager was great, and set up all our events that were outside the city with transportation, Staff and Cook were great and were able to accommodate our group request. Great week get away!

Trip of a Lifetime

Richard was very accommodating to allow us to reschedule a trip from last year due to Covid. I got to celebrate my 50th birthday for the second year in a row. The best part of the trip was Tina the chef. Her and her team outdid themselves night after night. I can't say enough how much the group enjoyed this trip. I can see why people come back year after year.

Highly Recommend!

We rented all three of Richard's villas (Francisco, Sante Fe, Alta Vista) simultaneous for a large group and it could not have worked out any better. Sante Fe was our main gathering house. Richard, Tina, and Tonie greeted us with fresh margaritas and snacks upon check-in, gave us a tour of all the villas, and helped arrange all shopping and meals ahead of time. We did breakfast every day as a group and dinner every other night. Tina's food was amazing and the best meals we had all trip. We even had additional guests next door at Paramount Bay that Tina was able to accommodate for meals. I highly recommend a stay at any of the villas. Just give your taxi drivers some encouragement to go up the drive way and it should be no problem.

Best Trip we've ever taken!!

Words don't do the Villa Santa Fe justice. This home is simply amazing! We were 5 adult couples, old friends, traveling together for the first time. We could not have asked for more than this villa provided. When you first arrive and take in the view from the poolside patio and take a tour of the villa, you immediately know you made the right choice. This home encompasses luxury and feels like a tropical paradise, everywhere you look.. From checking-in with Tonie, planning groceries and supplies with Tina, Patricia and the rest of the cleaning crew doing laundry and cleaning up after us while somehow remaining out of our way (quite a task in itself), to chatting daily with Tonie for planning excursions and dealing with challenges... the staff is even more impressive than the house itself.. We could not have asked for more. If ever we had an issue or a question, Tonie and Richard were on the spot with solutions and answers.in the blink of an eye. Not only were we able to vacation in this beautiful mansion, but the team working for the villa was there when you need them and invisible when you do not. It was just perfect. Plain and simple. The ONLY downside when renting this villa is eventually you will have to leave and return to real life... and you have grown accustomed to being spoiled in paradise... lol If I could give this property 6 stars, I would. I would rent the Villa Santa Fe again in a heartbeat!
