KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, offering everything needed for meal preparation, complemented by a dining table that seats six.

BEDROOM
The bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, ample closet space, direct bathroom access, and its own private balcony, showcasing panoramic city and mountain landscapes.

BATHROOM
The Jack and Jill bathroom features dual sinks and a luxurious rain showerhead, thoughtfully stocked with a full range of towels for your comfort.

LIVING ROOM
The spacious living room invites relaxation with its comfortable seating, smart TV, and access to the front balcony with sweeping ocean vistas.

Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

GRAND VENETIAN
This high end property is private for owners and renters. Entrances are gated and security is on-site 24/7. There are five pools to choose from including two large beachfront infinity pools with exquisite views of downtown and the green hills behind it. Underground parking is available in addition to a business center, tennis courts, game room and movie theater to seat larger groups.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:
- 5 pools and jacuzzis open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- An infinity pool open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- A gym open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- An onsite spa
- A game room open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- An onsite restaurant open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- A tennis court open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (previous reservation required)
- A meeting room with up to 12 people (previous reservation required)
- A movie theater for up to 12 people (previous reservation required)

Access wristbands will be provided to each overnight guest and they will provide full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas. NOTE: lost wristbands have a replacement fee of $100 USD per wristband.

Other details to note
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- No outside visitors are allowed.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Lost wristbands and gym access cards each incur a replacement fee of $100 USD per item or $2,000 pesos.
- One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.

Like many coastal areas in Puerto Vallarta, the nearby rivers and beaches are natural habitats for wildlife, including the occasional crocodile. Sightings are uncommon but possible, especially in the rainy season. We recommend keeping a safe distance from wildlife and avoiding swimming near river mouths.

Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
