The Space:
Welcome to your peaceful escape at this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath beachfront condo, nestled in the quiet shores of Playa Miramar, just a short 25-minute drive from town. Perched on the 6th floor, this inviting retreat offers sweeping ocean views and a calm, relaxing atmosphere ideal for families or small groups.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious, tastefully decorated living area with comfortable seating and a large TV, perfect for relaxing after a sunny day at the beach. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and the dining area comfortably seats six for shared meals and good conversation.

The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, a private bathroom with both a walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, and access to the balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee with ocean views. (. Please note: the bathtub in the master bathroom is currently out of service and not available during guests stay.) The guest bedroom offers a full-size bed, TV, closet, and a private en-suite bathroom to ensure privacy and comfort.
