Welcome to Seaside Serenity — a beautifully designed oceanfront condo with breathtaking views of both the Sea of Cortez and the desert landscape. Located on the 14th floor of Encantame Towers Resort, this oceanfront condo offers panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez and the desert. Fully equipped with a stylish interior, it features a private balcony, washer/dryer, and access to top-notch resort amenities like pools, gym, and beachfront lounge areas. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying Rocky Point in comfort.

Guests have full access to resort amenities, including pools, hot tubs, a rooftop infinity pool with panoramic views, pool bar, lazy river, water slides, and a beachfront gym. You’ll also find two on-site restaurants, a convenience store, grilling areas, and direct beach access—everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay.

I live on-site but prefer to give guests their space. I don’t usually have direct contact, but feel free to message me through the platform if you need anything. If I’m available, I’ll be happy to assist you.

Age requirement: At least one guest must be 25 years or older to book and access the resort.
Occupancy note: Children aged 3 and up are considered adults for resort access, as they require a wristband.
Please follow all HOA rules. No loud noise after 10 p.m., no pets or visitors in common areas, and wristbands must be worn at all times. No smoking is allowed except on the beach. Use of glass in pool areas is prohibited. Only registered guests can use the amenities. Damage, missing items, or rule violations may result in charges or removal. Construction may be present. Check-in is at 4 p.m., check-out at 11 a.m. Please report any issues within 20 minutes of arrival.
