You are now entering the world of the Princessa de Penasco. This resort is laid out in the shape of an enclave to preserve the many wonderful ocean views. The center of the resort has a courtyard with many colorful flowers, red brick-paved paths and several lush grassy areas beneath a Mecca of palm trees. The resort has 3 inviting crystal clear swimming pools with a heated Jacuzzi, palm tree umbrellas and BBQs. Imagine grilling up some steaks or shrimp and enjoying your dinner on the beach or with neighbors. You can get a volleyball game together on the resort court or have a work out in the fitness center. The condo has an easy on-site check-in at the Casago office as well as a restaurant that has great drink and food specials. You will always feel very safe because the resort has 24-hour on-site security continuously patrolling the property. This 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo are located on the 1st floor of the D Tower. This condo has an ocean view and can occupy 4 guests; 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed in the family room. The condo has been decorated very nicely. Across from the sitting area are a large TV. The condo has wireless internet. There is a white dining table that can seat four people and also a built-in kitchen bar with four black metal bar stools. The kitchen has a granite countertop. The cupboards are loaded with all the items you will need to make a meal or entertain guests. You can make coffee in the morning and blended margaritas in the evening. The bedroom is very bright and inviting with a queen size bed. Below the window, there is a storage cabinet for your luggage and shoes. The room has a double door closet where you can hang your clothing. The bathroom can be accessed from the hallway or the master bedroom. The bathroom has a vanity with mirrors and a sink, a tub/shower combo and a commode. The patio is furnished so that you can sit and listen to the sounds made by the ocean or have a cocktail and watch the breathtaking sunsets. You are on the 1st floor so it makes socializing with neighbors very easy and enjoyable. The condo comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will not be disappointed with this condo.
