This is a very spacious two-bedroom two-Bath condominium fully equipped with ocean view perfect for a family or friends getaway, located on the 4th floor of the building with elevator and smart lock for easy access. It is a new serene and secure gated complex with 24/7 security.

Master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed with easy access to the master bathroom just across the bed. Has a wide sliding glass door to access the furnished balcony and a spacious closet. The Guest Bedroom has two comfy full-size beds, a very spacious closet with extra pillows, throw blankets, and beach chairs.

The dining room has a beautiful wooden table and chairs set to seat six people. The kitchen has nice wooden cabinets with complimenting neutral granite countertop with built in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove and oven. You will find all the dinnerware, serving ware, flatware, glasses, pots and pans, cooking amenities.

Also, the condo has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board, a/c, ceding fans, washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, bath towels, Netflix and Wi-Fi.

The resort has a main swimming pool, kids pool, workout facility, grills, and a volleyball court. Also next door there is a convenience store with many basic items.

Friendly neighborhood located in the entrance to the beautiful area of las Conchas. the perks to vacation here is that is very private, serene, no vendors to worry about, low tides during the day for shell collections, and it is one block away from the beach. The fish market, most popular restaurants and local attractions are within 5 minute away.
