Welcome to Villa 15, a 5-bedroom and 5 1/2-bathroom beachfront home. This Villa will accommodate 15 people comfortably. The Master bedroom has one King bed. The second bedroom has a King-size bed. The third bedroom has 3 twin size beds. The fourth bedroom has 2 Queen Beds. TThe fifth bedroom is located on the second floor with loft space. It features a bedroom with a Queen size bed, a bathroom, a sitting area, and a small bar area/mini fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and Granite countertops.

Villa 15 is located on the beach. Grab your favorite beach snacks and accessories, step off the patio, and enjoy! Be sure to grab a bag or bucket for all of the unique seashells and treasures you will find on the beach. The Ocean and Beach views from the Master bedroom, living spaces, and roof balcony are spectacular. Slide open the glass doors and enjoy the ocean breeze. The rooftop balcony provides a gorgeous view of the Rocky Point Sunsets and is a great place to enjoy a meal or morning coffee.
