"This place was just amazing! Beyond words! First time on the island...We booked it last minute without much review or even looking at pics due to time and had no idea what a spectacular resort it was. The property is stunning, wild horses coming right up to it. Beach access and the best view and pool. What a hidden gem! The food was out of this world. Every single meal was something I had never had before and just blew us away. I'd go for just the food but this place you cannot put into...
"Hotel is quite secluded and you would need a car to go to Fajardo city. Room was very clean, but the hotel in general looked like it had seen better days. Food options not very good. Did not seem to be fresh made and seemed like they did not use local produce, eg the fruits in the breakfast restaurant. Also a bit overpriced compared to quality. In general our impression is that it is overpriced according to the standard. Biggest plus about hotel was the friendly staff."

"A super helpful staff that picks up the phone and helps out for a self check in hotel. Booked day of, had to change reservation like 3 times, and they helped me through it all. Room was super easy to get into, directions were smooth and simple, and the area was perfect. Right next to one of the most active parts of town, and a 8 minute walk from the Bio Bay tours. Be aware, there's no microwave in the room. AC worked amazing. Showers hot water lasted well, just don't blast it. "
