I liked the cleanliness of the room and the access to grass for my dog. I liked the quick response from the staff for my concerns. The outdoor stairs from the 2nd to the 1st floor need inspecting. Carpeting covers them but they felt rickety and uneven. Excellent that they had room phones to call the front desk.

At 4am someone was pounding on the door down the hallway yelling. They said they called the police but this went on for about an hour. The room was ok but not fully cleaned as there was food stuff under the bed and the sink counter needed cleaning when I arrived. The bed and rest of the bath was cleaned and everything worked. The tv,no running faucets or toilet, AC/heater not noisy.

This motel had issues… the toilet wanted to fall over, the floor was coming up in places, chips in the tub, The bed skirts had nasty stains. Used Q-tip under the bed. Not enough towels. The bedding was very well used. It did have a mattress cover which was nice. not the best neighborhood, patrolled by security. I would not choose to stay here again.

Stains on carpet. Cracked tile in the shower. Thought the shower curtain was going to fall. No shampoo. Stuck on the farthest part of the hotel for no reason. The lady who checked us in had no personality.

The gentlemen at the front desk was very rude! There was a huge stain on the carpet in the room. The same gentlemen was at the front desk the next morning and was still an unpleasant jerk. Sad customer service. ( went there 2 nights before and a male and a female worker showed up FINALLY after ringing the bell for assistance. ) Great customer service makes a huge difference.

Good for the price. Could be a bit cleaner but not terrible. The overnight office guy was very helpful and very nice. Only hiccup was the heater and microwave didn't work and they didn't offer to move us. He did try to find a portable heater but didn't have one. But other than that minor thing it was decent.

It smelt dusty in the room. I don't think the carpet had been vacuumed for awhile. The bathroom counter, taps, hair dryer needed cleaning. The door frames also were not cleaned. There was some big rust spots in the bath tub. I liked the shutters on the window instead of drapes.

There were urine stains on the bed, bed cover and pillow. The front desk went to sleep and there was no way of reaching anyone to replace the beddings. Next morning I requested to have room service change out the bedding. Nobody came and after I returned late from work and meetings I was stuck in the same terribe circumstance for the 2nd night. The front desk said to call the manager but there is no phone number. I received an email to contact. The carpet was sticky and grimy too..i never took my shoes off because it was so aweful and I would have been better off sleeping in my car. Do not stay there.

Beds seemed clean but the room didn’t. Needs a remodel bad. Police were there when we checked in, didn’t make us feel safe. Bathroom badly needs a remodel, rust stains etc. no cable tv that seems like it should be standard? Would not stay here again.

Room is sketchy. Light switch doesn’t work. Doorframe pops out when you lock the door. Heater/ac cover is barely on.

The front desk staff was wonderful, check-in was swift and overall interaction was very pleasant. The location leaves a lot to be desired, frequent loitering of unsavory types and bullet casings were scattered in the parking lot. The room was clean and comfortable enough, but we slept with the shades cracked so we could keep an eye on our vehicle.

RUN!!!!!
First off, my expectations were not that high with the price and type of room. when we got to the room we simply wanted to watch tv and unwind. The remote turned on the tv and turned it back off. We went to the front desk to be told there was nothing she could do, so we went back to the room and spent an hour trying to google how to "fix" it. After an hour, went back to the office to be told the same thing again. We ended up leaving to go find something to do. When we got back. I went to the office to see about moving rooms so we could watch tv and the door was locked, so we went back to the room and tried to sleep. The mattress is so bad, the springs were poking through in places, so no sleep. When i turned over to get up, i was greeted with blood spots next to my face on the comforter. I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. After letting it run for a good 10 minutes, i gave up hope. I let the front desk know all the issues upon checking out and it was basically shrugged off. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Definitely not even worth $25 per night.

The hotel was good for what we paid. Beds were comfy and the heat/ac worked well. The carpet had a few stains. The breakfast was cereal, waffles, and toast. It was fine for our quick, one night stay.

I come here often, this time I was sleeping with my boyfriend when someone unlocked my door and tried to walk in at 6am in the morning ? They were unsuccessful due to the latch lock at the top thank god lol. We were confused considering my check out wasn’t for a few more days, I had do not disturb sign up and it was super early for any type of room service…

Staff was great. Breakfast was great. The hard boiled eggs were great. It is a great value and a safe place.
