Villa Joy on the island of Brač, a luxurious villa nestled in a small bay near the picturesque village of Pučišća, offers a unique experience with its two luxurious floors and a capacity of 12 people. Just a few meters from the nearest beach, this spacious oasis provides an unforgettable stay.

The stunning terrace of Villa Joy fulfills all your expectations. The attractive 40 m2 private pool, with a fascinating view of the sea, is an ideal place for refreshment during hot summer days, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of untouched nature that surrounds you. On the terrace, you will find a large table for communal meals and a stone barbecue. You can enjoy your morning coffee in the natural shade of pine trees or relax in a hammock in the garden with an exciting novel.

The interior of the villa is airy and pleasant, with carefully chosen furniture and plenty of natural light. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, connected to a charming living room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has its own bathroom. A private gym is also available during your stay in the villa. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds, two of which have their own bathrooms, and a separate bathroom. The living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Two additional beds are available and can be placed in a room of your choice.

Villa Joy also offers private parking with space for at least 6 cars.

Pets are on request. Maximum 2 pets. If the agency approves pets, the price is 25 euro per pet per day.
