Man føler sig som en ventet gæst, og alt bliver gjort for at opholdet skal blive så behageligt som muligt. Alt lige fra afhentningen i lufthavnen til ind- og udcheckning foregår gnidningsløst. "

"We stayed at this hotel for the second time. This is no doubt one of the best choices in central Panjim. The hotel itself is nice and clean, rooms feature all amenities like TV, AC, a small refrigerator, hot & cold water, cupboard and comfy beds. The biggest advantage of this hotel is proximity to market place in Panjim. Everything can be accessed walking from restaurants to shopping. Staff at the reception is cooperative and helpful and room service is quick and decent."

"This is a lovely 4 star hotel by western standards. Clean, comfortable and surrounded by great restaurants! I was injured when I visited recently and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. The handyman even went out to purchase a fuse for my travel adapter as I wasn't able to walk unassisted. Incredible. Breakfast was great. The only downside, the room service menu is not up to the standards of this hotel."

"Very warm reception. Located a few minutes walk to the river where the casino boats are. Serves fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of choices. In-house restaurant was as good. Taxis available at the doorstep too.

"In my experience visiting Fortune for the first time when they opened back in 2017, it’s honestly been one of most family oriented hotels in the state of Goa.
The place hasn’t changed as much, and I quite like that.

"The property is located in Varem right on the main road and very near to the market. We reached the property at around 12pm and the lobby was packed with people. We managed to get check-in as they have a policy of check-in by 2:30pm.
The room has road view and was clean. There were no water bottles in the room. I asked them atleast 3 times for providing water bottles. I had informed them while going out to keep the water bottles but even in the evening when i came back there were none.

"The stay was good though the price was high considering that the property is practically tucked away practically in the middle of nowhere. This was made up with the friendliness and the caring staff. I must commend the staff - front office, house keeping, restaurant and room service for great service and taking very good care of us."

"They are part of Sterlig esorts chain and have very good ambience and well laid out landscaping around the swimming pool. They have some games and activities planned for evenings. However, there was not much partcipation from the guests and their families. They seemed to be understaffed, and seemed to be managed by trainees.Though staff was hard working and sincere. Restaurant was good with tasty food. However, it also seemed understaffed as serice was taking long. Overall good experience."

The receptionists are very helpful in guiding the places where exactly we want to go and they also guide you the mode of transportation. Restaurant is under construction for sitting but they serve the good food to rooms. Only flaw is there is no lift other wise it is a good hotel for Middle Class Peoples."
