"This was the most amazing staff I have ever met at a hotel. The staff were both thoughtful, polite but had an excellent sense of discretion. We were met by the best driver Mr Ravuth at the airport and he accompanied us for the next 4 days as well.

"Et fantastisk hotel midt i Siem Reap - vitterligt to minutter fra Pub Street. Det er et lille hotel, så de fantastiske medarbejdere tager virkelig hånd om dig og elsker at snakke om både din og deres egen kultur. Specielt Seth i receptionen er fantastisk 🙌
Morgenmaden er også god. Lille buffet med de vigtigste ting og så kan du vælge nogle ting fra et menukort, både lokale og "internationale" retter.

The service is excellent - personally, we felt it became a little too much with the washing clothes when we returned and the glass of water, but it seems everyone liked that very much.
The staff is very smiling and helpful in everything.

"Fint hotel til prisen. Det var meget rent og man følte sig meget tryg. Beliggenheden er også meget central. Tæt på alt såsom spisesteder, butikker, supermarkeder og pub-street. Trods den centrale beliggenhed fik vi et værelse, som var meget stille.
Eneste minus var at personalet betvivlede om vi havde betalt for opholdet da vi skulle checke ud. Opholdet var betalt på forhånd via Hotels.com, så det var ikke rart at blive mistænkeliggjort for ikke at have betalt. "

"I can highly recommend Rambutan Resort. The staff alone could get this place 5 stars. Tha Seyla and every body else do an excellent job, it was a privilege to get to know you all. You create a very nice and comfortable atmosphere. Tip them well.
Efficient check in/out and transport to and from the airport.
Even though it's in the middle of the city, it is still very quiet and calm. I enjoyed it a lot.
Breakfast is delicious, plentiful and varied.

The room was great but by local standards a hard bed compared to scandinavian beds.
