"Loved the room, the amenities, location, and especially the harbor view. I regret that I didn't call ahead to make sure the sofa-bed was made up. Biggest problem was trying to find where to check in!! Seriously, this was not easy. No signage anywhere, and the check-in area was so insignificant, again with no signage, that I didn't know I'd found it. There was nobody there! "

"The resort is excellent with great amenities. However I had a bad experience during check-in. I had booked a 3BR condo for 3 nights in May, all the way back in Jan 2025. Upon checking in, I was told that the 3BR condo is not available and I had to wait 15-20 mins and was provided a 2BR condo. I was also told that I would receive a refund for the differential amount. However after checkout I didn’t receive any refund after multiple follow ups. Thus folks beware about what you are booking and what...
